Miss Chelsea

Tap, Jazz and HipHop

Chelsea Gooden was born in Monterey, California and raised in Dracut, Massachusetts. She studied dance at Dance Concepts under the instruction of Judi Demers-Bavin, Nicole Cichetto, and Sarah Nassif for 14 years.  Chelsea graduated from Bridgewater State University where she studied History; she was also a member of the BSU Dance Team for 4 years, choreographed and served as an executive board member for 3 years.  She will embark in her 3rd year teaching at Dance Concepts this September.  Chelsea teaches tap, jazz, bop hip hop, hip hop, and choreographs for the competition team.  Outside of dance, she enjoys working as a paraprofessional with moderately disabled students at Tyngsborough High School.  The goal Chelsea has for each of her classes is that she provides a positive outlet for each student because that is how her love of dance was able to grow.
